A build-system for personal depots

Inspired by my discovery of the wonderful Tup tool and my prior experience as a Gentoo and NixOS maintainer, I've created a new build system and repository format for my own personal depot. The build system is non-recursive and uses Git submodules in a manner similar to the Gittup project.

A forkable skeleton repository is provided at https://github.com/ehmry/genode-tup-super, and the repository I currently use to build my published depot packages and index is available at https://github.com/ehmry/genode-ehmry. Details and documentation are scarce, but if you interested in creating your own package collection it might be worth a look. Right now it requires a build of my SDK to be available and discoverable by the pkg-config tool, a copy of the SDK is availble at https://github.com/ehmry/genode/releases/tag/19.02.

Happy hacking!
